Returns

If for some reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please be sure to follow these directions completely.
  • For Exchanges – Return your merchandise for a refund and place a new order at www.mamacuna.com. Once your merchandise is received we will process your refund and credit a credit to your credit/debit card.
  • Please examine your package upon arrival. Claims for damage due to shipping mishandling by the carrier must be made with the carrier.
  • Please enclose the Returns and Exchanges form with any merchandise you are returning. Click here to download the PDF form and print. Keep a copy for your records.
  • Merchandise can be returned only if it is in the same condition as when it was received and must be returned in the original packaging with the Returns and Exchanges form completely filled out and postmarked within 10 days from the date of receipt.
  • Merchandise received as gifts cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your return, exchange, or refund.
